1. Leadership is not a random act.

4. The role of the leader is to increase the temperature.  But to increase it in a manageable manner.

5. Leader take people to places that people could not have taken otherwise.

6. If you do not have a Conviction, you cannot lead. Leaders must have a conviction (1).

7. As a leader you have to Comprehend (2).

11. Communication. Listen to both who are talking and who are not talking (5).
